Cupids Couples Run & 5K

The race is a COUPLES RUN & 5K through scenic Stonebridge Ranch.  We will have chip-to-chip timing by Race Chip Timing, Overall Male and Female and age group awards!  All kids under 9 will receive a medal.  We have prizes, music, food and lots of FUN!

Packet Pickup - Packet pickup will be at Lukes Locker Thursday and by noon on Friday.  Timing chips and bib numbers can only be picked up at the race.   Lukes Locker is located 959 Garden Park Drive Suite T200
Allen, TX 75013. Parking will be available at the Stonebridge Beach Club, the YMCA and Dowell Middle School.The YMCA and Dowell Middle School are on Ridge Road just behind the Beach Club.

Chip Timing - The race will be timed by Race Chip Timing. Chips will be attached to your bib. If you do not wear your bib, you will not be timed. Race results can be found shortly after the race at www.racechiptiming.com and at www.stonebridgeracers.com. 

Volunteers - We would like to thank all our volunteers, past and present. Without you, this would not be possible. We always need all the good volunteers we can get, so bring your friends and family and anyone you know who would like to help out and be part of the race team.   Contact michhudd@sbcglobal.net if you would like to volunteer!  

Refund Policy - There is no rain date for the event.  In cases of inclement weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the race course for safety concerns.  Under such circumstances, there will be no refunds or transfer of entries to future Stonebridge Racers events. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid.  All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration.  We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all.  Management reserves the right to reject or accept a race entry for any reason. All registrations are non-refundable & non transferrable.

Fees - $25 for the 5K and $45 for the Couples Race.   Add $5 a week before the race for the 5K and $10 for the Couples Race. 
  
Brief Description - The race is through Stonebridge Ranch.  The certified 5K course is both fun and challenging.  There will be music, prizes and awards! 

Awards  - Awards will be given to the overall male and female open and masters winners in the 5K. Age group awards will be 5 year increments.  All kids 9 and under receive a medal.  Couples team awards will be given to the following combined Age Groups: 0-40; 41-55; 56-70; 71-85; 86-100; 101-115; 116+
