Refund Policy - There is no rain date for the event. In cases of inclement weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the race course for safety concerns. Under such circumstances, there will be no refunds or transfer of entries to future Stonebridge Racers events. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all. Management reserves the right to reject or accept a race entry for any reason. All registrations are non-refundable & non transferrable.
Chip Timing - The race will be timed by Race Chip Timing. Chips will be picked up the morning of the race. The timing chip is on your racing bib. If you do not wear the bib, you will not be timed. Race results can be found shortly after the race at www.racechiptiming.com and at www.stonebridgeracers.com.
Volunteers - We would like to thank all our volunteers, past and present. Without you, this would not be possible. We always need all the good volunteers we can get, so bring your friends and family and anyone you know who would like to help out and be part of the race team. Fees - $15 for the 1K and $25 for the 5K. Fees increase $5 one week before the race.
Brief Description - The race is through Stonebridge Ranch. The certified 5K course are both fun and challenging. There will be music, prizes and awards!
The Course - Starting by the Bell Tower, the course travels across Adriatica, curves through the trails of Stonebridge Ranch, crosses over the dam by the lake to a finish by the Bell Tower.

Awards - Awards will be given to the overall male and female in the 5K as well as age group awards and a Clydesdale and Athena category. Medals will be given to all children 9 and under in either race.
