About Our Race
Chip Timing - The race will be timed by Race Chip Timing. Chips will be picked up the morning of the race. The timing chip is on your racing bib. If you do not wear your bib, you will not be timed. Race results can be found shortly after the race at www.racechiptiming.com and at www.stonebridgeracers.com. 

Volunteers - We would like to thank all our volunteers, past and present. Without you, this would not be possible. We always need all the good volunteers we can get, so bring your friends and family and anyone you know who would like to help out and be part of the race team. Contact michhudd@sbcglobal.net if you would like to volunteer!  

Refund Policy - There is no rain date for the event.  In cases of inclement weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the race course for safety concerns.  Under such circumstances, there will be no refunds or transfer of entries to future Stonebridge Racers events. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid.  All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration.  We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all.  Management reserves the right to reject or accept a race entry for any reason. All registrations are non-refundable & non transferrable.

Fees - $15 for the 1K, $25 for the 5K and $30 for the 15K. Add $5 a week before the race. 
  
Brief Description - The race is through Stonebridge Ranch. The certified 5K and 15K courses are both fun and challenging. There will be music, prizes and awards! 

Awards  - Awards will be given to the overall male and female open and masters and Athena and Cyldesdale winners in the 5K and 15K. Age group awards will be 5 year increments. All 1Ker's and kids 9 and under receive a medal.

Packet Pickup -  Packet pickup is TBD and may be at Luke's Locker in Allen, 959 Garden Park Drive, all day Friday and Saturday until 4:00 p.m. and at the Stonebridge Beach Club the morning of the race. Timing chips and bib numbers can only be picked up at the race. Parking will be available at the Stonebridge Beach Club, the YMCA and Dowell Middle School. The YMCA and Dowell Middle School are on Ridge Road just behind the Beach Club.

1K starts @ 7:45 a.m.
5K starts @ 8:00 a.m.
15K starts @ 8:10 a.m.
The race is a 1K, 5K and 15K through scenic Stonebridge Ranch.  We will have chip-to-chip timing by Race Chip Timing, Overall Male and Female, Athena and Clydesdale and age group awards!  All 1Ker's and kids under 9 will receive a medal. Prizes, music, food and lots of FUN!  Large, beautiful trophies for the Overall and Masters Winners of the 5K and 15K.  Please join us on October 28th for a great race on a challenging course!
