Chip Timing - The race will be timed by Race Chip Timing. Chips will be picked up the morning of the race. The timing chip is on your racing bib.If you do not wear your bib, you will not be timed. Race results can be found shortly after the race at www.racechiptiming.com and at www.stonebridgeracers.com. 

Volunteers - We would like to thank all our volunteers, past and present. Without you, this would not be possible. We always need all the good volunteers we can get, so bring your friends and family and anyone you know who would like to help out and be part of the race team. Refund Policy - There is no rain date for the event.  In cases of inclement weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the race course for safety concerns.  Under such circumstances, there will be no refunds or transfer of entries to future Stonebridge Racers events. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid.  All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration.  We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all. Management reserves the right to reject or accept a race entry for any reason. All registrations are non-refundable & non-transferrable.

 Stonebridge Racers Presents:
Fees - $15 for the 1K, $25 for the 5K and 10K. Add $5 a week before the race. 
  
Brief Description - The race is through Stonebridge Ranch.  The certified 5K and 10K courses are both fun and challenging. There will be music, prizes and awards! 

Awards  - Awards will be given to the overall male and female open and masters winners in the 5K and 10K.  Age group awards will be 5 year increments. All kids 9 and under receive a medal.

Packet Pickup  - Packet pick-up will be at Lukes Lockers in Allen located at 959 Garden Park Drive,all day Friday and Saturday, September 3 and 4 and Sunday, September 5 until 4:00. 
  
Parking  - Parking will be available at the Stonebridge Beach Club the YMCA and Dowell Middle School.

The race is a 1K, 5K and 10K through scenic Stonebridge Ranch. The 5K and 10K courses are both fun, challenging and certified. The 1K will be on the hike and bike trail and will cross the finish line.  The 1K race will start first allowing you to participate in the 1K with your child & still compete in the 5K.  We will have chip-to-chip timing by Race Chip Timing.  There are Overall Male and Female & age group awards!  All kids under 9 receive a medal.  We have prizes, music, food & lots of FUN!
