ALL RACES
Fees - $20 for the 1K, $25 for the 5k, 10K and, when applicable, $30 for the 15K.  Add $5 a week before the race. 
Brief Description - The races are through Stonebridge Ranch; however see individual event website under "Event Schedule" for complete details. The certified 5K, 10K & 15K courses are both fun and challenging. The 1K will be on the hike and bike trail and will cross the finish line.  There will be music, prizes and awards! 

Awards  - Awards will be given to the overall male and female open and masters in the 5K, 10K & 15K races.  Age group awards will be 5 year increments.  All 1Ker's receive a medal and all children 9 and under receive a medal.  Lots of prizes and awards.

Packet Pickup - Packet pickup location is based on sponsorship.  See individual event website under "Event Schedule" for detailed packet pickup  information.  Packet pickup will also be available race day between 7:00 -  7:45 a.m. Timing chips and bib numbers can only be picked up at the race.  

Parking - will be available at the Stonebridge Beach Club, the YMCA, Dowell Middle School, Adriatica, etc. depending on the event location (See "Event Schedule").  The YMCA and Dowell Middle School are on Ridge Road just behind the Beach Club and Adriatica is on the SE corner of Virginia Parkway and Stonebridge Drive .

Timing - The race will be timed by Race Chip Timing.  Chips will be picked up the morning of the race.   The timing chip is to be worn around your ANKLE.  If you do not wear the chip, you will not be timed.   The chips will be collected by volunteers at the finish line and must be returned.   There is a $25 charge for any chip that is not returned.  Race results can be found shortly after the race at www.racechiptiming.com and on this website under "Results".

Volunteers - We would like to thank all our volunteers, past and present. Without you, this would not be possible. We always need all the good volunteers we can get, so bring your friends and family and anyone you know who would like to help out and be part of the race team.

Refund Policy  - There is no rain date for the event.  In cases of inclement weather, natural disaster or other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the race course for safety concerns. Under such circumstances, there will be no refunds or transfer of entries to future Stonebridge Racers events. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid.  All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration.  We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all.  Management reserves the right to reject or accept a race entry for any reason. All registrations are non-refundable & non transferrable.
